Improve your diet by resisting the lies of the enemy which will always contaminate your body and your thoughts. Only digest the Word of God. Jesus said, "I am the Bread of Life."

Isaiah 59:21 “This is my promise,” says the LORD: “My Spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the LORD, “from this time forth and forevermore.” ... Proverbs 20:7 "To the righteous who walk in His integrity, blessed are their children." ... Acts 16:31 “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household." ... Psalms 112:1 "Praise the LORD! Blessed is the one who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in His laws. Their offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
Jesus is "the way, the truth and the life." Doing things that are acceptable to God will not make us right with God. We must first be forgiven by knowing that Jesus died for our sins and by trusting that what He did for us on the cross is the only way to have our sins forgiven. We are branches that cannot survive without being connected to a tree. Without Him we are nothing ... with Him, we can do all things.
"Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, He who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?" James 4
"Do not be afraid of anything or anyone; the Lord your God Himself will fight for you." ... 'My spirit resides in you. It is not a spirit of fear, instead I fill you with the perfect love of Jesus, the Power of the Holy Spirit and I give you a Sound Mind. My child who can always turn to Me, your loving and protective Father.'
If we do not have the light, we do not know God. Those who know God and walk with Him, walk in the light. They embody God’s divine nature, “having escaped the corruption of this world caused by evil desires” (2 Peter 1:4). God is light and so is Jesus who said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).
Please remove the load off your tired shoulders and let Jesus take it from you and forget about the load. It will be a great relief. Just try it for one hour. You will be amazed at the results. You will start to see changes taking place. I mean it. I promise you. I guarantee it. Then give thanks. He loves you so much. Try 15 min. IT WORKS!
