KINGDOM TEXT XXII

KINGDOM TEXT XXII

Psalm 145:18 “The Lord is near to all who call on Him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who respect Him; He hears their cry and saves them.”  When we are trapped by the enemy, we pray and acknowledge that we are insufficient and we desperately need our Lord who loves us and can do ALL things. He will free us.

“As servants of the Lord, we must not be quarrelsome but be kind to everyone, teaching with no resentment. Those who oppose must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil who has taken them captive to do his will.”  1Timothy2

Deuteronomy 28:7  The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you. They shall come at you from one direction and flee from you in seven different directions."

Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. 1John3

Jesus said: "Believe in God then pray, believe, receive and you'll have."

"God said, 'Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years; let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth'; and it was so. God made the Sun to govern the day and the moon to govern the night ...”

If you say, “I know Jesus but do not keep His commandments, you are a liar and the Truth is not in you. But if you keep His word, the love of God is truly perfected in you. You will know that you are in Jesus if you walk the same way He walked." 1John2

Someone may be going through difficult times because of illness or life events. They need others to pray, hold them up and encourage them. They may not be able to pray effectively for themselves. God calls on us to "stand in the gap" and pray on their behalf.
Intercessory Prayer requires commitment and is not just a one time prayer. We will come to the Lord many times until the person we are praying for starts to see God's loving intervention.

"Listen to Me, I stand at your door and knock; if you hear My voice and open the door, I will come in to be with you. I will dine with you and you with Me." (Rev 3)  Be ready to open the door for Jesus!

You are facing a very difficult situation. You are searching for solutions, you are overwhelmed and defeated by the fear of what can happen. Please believe God's promises that He will protect you and give you hope, confidence and peace. This difficult situation can wear you down but know that God is in control and He will provide something good in the midst of all your trouble. God's promises never change, He will bring you safely through this situation, no matter how severe or painful it is.
“Rejoice in the Lord always, I say rejoice."
