KINGDOM TEXTING III
Look at everything with thanksgiving and joy. It will elevate you from the problem at hand and allows you to rise and focus on God's love and goodness. When we pray, we are using our free will to choose God because we trust Him and we KNOW that His resolution is on the way. Spiritual Faith pleases God and releases His favor and blessings. Thank you Lord.
The enemy will distract you from focusing on your conversations with God by overloading you with work, responsibilities, distractions, by giving you illnesses and worries. Say NO to anything outside your Kingdom focus. Your new job requires you to leave your old assignments behind. Your new role and function in life is to destroy the enemy and to love and restore others to God. The Holy Spirit will guide you to become a true ambassador. Be dead to sin and start being alive to your new person. Put the old aside, remove your blinders and focus on the new. The gates of the Kingdom will open up for you. With Christ and as a new creation, you will turn negatives into positives. Your outlook on life and your relationships with others will reflect the love and unlimited possibilities of the Holy Spirit. You will start to resemble your Heavenly Father.
Stress and anxiety is our perception and our response to external events. We need to learn how to rest with the Prince of Peace. We need to be thankful and choose to be joyful. This is a stress inhibitor.
How does God test us? He talks to our new person and if we listen and obey Him, then we have passed the test. God does not hesitate to give us our next adventure. Listen and obey the Lord! It is impossible to understand what God is saying to our new person when we are using the ears, eyes and mind of our old person. God doesn't only have a new chapter, He has authored a new book with a new person in our role. Start reading.
A New Covenant relationship with God replaces the Old Testament relationship. Because of Jesus, God's Spirit resides within us and we now live in God's Kingdom. God is talking to your new person but we miss these miraculous messages because we are still focused on the old person. The truth will set you free. God only sees your new person because your old person and your old nature are gone. Our old habits distract us and delay the breakthrough of our NEW person in Christ who can eventually perform signs, wonders and miracles.
'Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.' (Colossians 3:2)
Please do not try to correct your old ways of thinking. With Christ, everything has become new. Renew your mind and become the new 'masterpiece' you were created to be. The Holy Spirit is now your GPS, your personal trainer and therapist.
When we pray we must not align our thoughts with our fear, anger, worry, etc. We need to pray with hope, joy and thanksgiving. We are not afraid and not worried, instead, we rejoice that Our Father is with us, He hears us, He loves us and He wants the best for us. Amen 'Even though I walk through the darkest and most dangerous places, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your protection and your guidance, they comfort me. You have prepared a plan for my future in the presence of my enemies. You fill me so much with Your blessings that they overflow. Surely your goodness and your mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in your Kingdom forever.' (Psalm 23 ... edited)
Our Lord always listens and He is aware of your needs. "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of the Father. Even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth much more than many sparrows." (Matthew 10:29)
Servant of God: When you serve God, God will reveal Himself and you will radiate the presence of God. Others will be drawn to experience this presence and will soon learn to also become a Servant of God. The cycle starts again. God loves you. Our branches will produce good fruit because we are connected to the Vine of Jesus which is connected to the Source of Love and Goodness - Our Father in Heaven.
